Me too Jenni - loads of hugs. Have they sorted out your day in hospital for tests yet? Maybe you could them to try to arrange some co-ordinated care then?

Lots of love.

Poor you Jenni. It really is time for all your healthcare tam to talk - if not face to face then at least by telephone confereance or something!
I hope you get something sorted out soon and until then, manage to get some rest.

Hello everyone

I have been to see the surgeon today and he had a good look at my hands and says they are very waxy and then checked the xrays.

there is some bone damage but basically the soft tissues are shot, every conceivable damage to soft tissue that can be done has been done and several tendons are disconnected.

any surgery would rely on soft tissues being roughly intact so the wrist and wonky fingers remain as they are for now.

On the plus side- I am taking richard away for this weekendBigGrin ThumpUp Cool Wub Smile BigGrin as it is our 6th wedding anniversary and I adore him.

we are coming to the o2 in London to see the British music exhibition and see an orchestra playing star wars. the kids would not enjoy this but we do!

I am going to put my head firmly in the sand for a few days and pretend to be mrs vaguely normal from the flamed chariot and red boots....

Love to all

Jenni xx

Hi Jenni

Just catching up after being away, I can't believe all the things that are happening to you. You don't deserve any more illnesses. I hope your various "departments" can get together and sort out a care package for you.

Congratulations on your 6th anniversary, I hope you have a wonderul time.

In the meantime, sending lots of hugs down the ether, and am putting on that kettle any time now!

Love and hugs, Lyn

Have a fab weekend Jenni and Richard; you are doing just the right thing ... keep that head buried (in the nicest possible way!) as long as possible, you deserve some respite. Congrats on your wedding anniversary too!
Enjoy BigGrin and have a lovely Easter ThumpUp

Being an ostrich for the weekend sounds like a good plan, Jenni.

Have a fabulous weekend with your lovely Richard and just enjoy. If anyone deserves a break, it's you two.

Congratulations to you both.

MUCH love

Hi Jenni, I have a very vivid imagination and I'm picturing you and Richard in a bright orange Roman chariot you both in floaty robes and your red boots fireing out jets of flames propeling you down the moterway to Lodon. Hope you have a wonderful time. Love from Glenys. x

It's so unfair you have to suffer so much Jenni.....I hate this disease and what it does to people's lives. It's so cruel.

Wishing you and Richard a special anniversary weekend together. Love Love

Dear Jenni,

Have only just caught up with your post, and can only echo what everyone has already said - meeting betwixt you and all others involved is an absolute must. I hope someone (gp?) can assist you in setting this up.

Hope you and Richard have a wonderful anniversary weekend.

Big hugs to you
